Remarks
- Unless otherwise stated, the lowering value quoted in our catalog for vehicles with factory (series) lowering suspension will be lower by the value of the factory-set lowering. Unless otherwise specified, the products in this catalog are not intended for vehicles with factory-fitted (series) lift-up suspension (e.g. Offroad, Crossover packages).
- When selecting a product, one should rely on the data in the TÜV certificate or the ABE document.
- Before installation, please compare the markings on the received product with the markings in TÜV or the ABE document (attached to packages or available for download at www.eibach.com)
- In case of discrepancy, the set should not be installed — in such case please contact the seller.
- Installation should be carried out in a specialized workshop with qualified employees and appropriate tools.
- The mounting position (up-down) is marked with an overprint — the arrangement of the text suggests the correct position.
- After mounting the springs / suspension components, check the wheel alignment.
- If the original shock absorbers are badly worn, it is recommended to use new ones — standard or sports ones.
- For Sportline springs, we recommend that you purchase sports shock absorbers, such as the Bilstein B8.
- All wheel / tire combinations permitted by the manufacturer are possible with the springs in place.
- Depending on the engine version, gearbox, equipment and tolerances of the car manufacturer, the reduction values may differ by a few mm from the values indicated in this catalog. The lowering value will be relatively lower in the case of a series (factory) lowering.
- The use of our products is for series vehicles. In the case of modifications to the car or additional equipment (this also applies to original products, optionally offered by the car manufacturer!), Such as a reinforced brake system (e.g. ceramic discs), wheel mounting with one central hole, sports suspension, LPG installation, etc. — it is possible that the assembly of our products will not be possible. All data is based on brand new vehicles. Measurement points: a straight line from the center of the hub to the lower edge of the fender. These are approximate values and may vary depending on the vehicle.
- If your car's stock suspension has electronic damping, the use of B12 or Pro-Street-S suspension will result in the loss of this function. The error displayed on the on-board computer after installation can be removed in an authorized salon. If available for your car, we recommend using the Pro-Tronic kit to remove the error.
- Without self-leveling system (nivo).
- Except for 4x4 (4WD) models.
- Only in conjunction with Eibach springs or series suspension.
- In some cases, it is necessary to use additional OE parts (original equipment). These parts are not included in the kit. Please verify on the basis of the technical documentation (TUV, assembly manual), which is available for inspection on the Eibach website.
